How to send SMS from MDTS?

How to send SMS for a user?

To send SMS from MDTSto a user. First log in to MDTS then make sure you register the user by going to users then go to down to the left corner and click ADD.Which will allow you to add user.

The After you click the add button the following screen will apear. In this page you should add the user details. Make sure that the mobile phone number starts with the international code and without 00 or +. Make sure also that you have selected ABJAD as the mobile phone carrier. kindly, see screen below:

Now return back to the users screen click the white enveleop beside the user you want to send SMS. Select SMS instread of email. Then select send now. Write your SMS and click send. The msg needs 90 seonds to reach.

How to send SMS for user Roles, Group of users?

First enter users or group of users as per instructions in how to import users?. Then go to users Role click the white envelope beside the role, group , you want to send SMS too.

The followin screen for SMS text will appear that allow you send SMS to group of users after selceting the right white envelop , group you want to send SMS to.
